I told the lady what I needed, and she directed me to this lady on an aisle for the keys. When I approached the lady, she was opening a cabinet and she huffed, lol! It was all good. I told her she can finish what she was going to do and she told me that it would take a while. So I gave her my keys and she started making the copies. While my copies were being made, I checked out some screws and bout some of those. The lady was done by the time I came back. I went to the register to check-out and there was a lady that was up there that helped me. She was very nice and kind. We had a good short convo while she helped me. My items were fairly inexpensive. I used my military discount here as well. I will definitely return.

Manager is very down to earth and all the people who work there know their store. 8/18/23 I was in shopping for some new tools and there was a particularly rude gentleman who walked in and was greeted but then just walked around the store and shouted about how no one was helping him (workers were assisting other customers). All employees on that day tried very patiently, more patiently then I would've, to work with the guy while he was being so rude. I APPLAUD everybody who worked that day for their attitudes. These guys are why I keep going back.

All of the inventory is in good condition and not very close to expiry so it's a good place to check out if you've just moved and need a few specific items to fill your home. I have had it serviced in the past and there was a time they took pride in their work and I would get it back clean. They must be under new ownership or someone who no longer cares.
