My doctor was super knowledgeable did a few different tests for my foot and then was able to really help me understand what was going on and what I should do moving forward. The front desk was also extremely friendly and helpful, which is definitely not always the case for these types of offices. I've been to a few other podiatry offices in the area and this was by far the best! I look forward to going back again in a couple of months for my follow up. However, I am there for good service and responsive communication. I received neither. I ordered personal orthotics for $500 and it was literally 3 months with no product and worse yet, no communication about the delay. I finally canceled the order having had to go elsewhere for my foot treatment. I had to call 4 times before I received my refund. Today. And again, not a word of communication. I'm very sorry as I usually understand people are all trying to do their best, and everybody's got something going on, but this was pretty pervasive throughout my dealings with this group.

Dr Norman listens to you. That is very rare - but so necessary in healing. He tries to think each…read moretime of something that might help you - he does not give up. In my case he saved my trip to go to my families 70th reunion. Even though my xrays showed huge heel spurs - he kept thinking. There was no time to have any surgery and recover that was apparent. But he listened to my complaints and thought maybe this pain is not from the heel spurs entirely; but also from sciatica. He gave me some medicine for this complaint and Wam Bang I was a lot better - really a lot better and was able to go to see my family across the country. I cannot thank him enough. Dr Richard Norman has brought back faith in doctors to me.

Dr. Norman spent a lot of time with us, truly listening and taking my brother's complex medical situation to heart. Even though it turned out that my brother didn't necessarily need a podiatrist for what's currently going on, Dr. Norman went above and beyond to help us piece together what kind of care my brother really does need. He hooked him up with some good referrals and spoke highly of the Doctor he was going to be handing this off to. My mother is 96 years old and has tremendous difficulty with walking or even moving, and it would have been nice if Dr. Edelman would have agreed to come at a time when someone would be home to let him in, but he flatly refused to ever come again because he was 'inconvenienced' on ONE occasion. Oh, the poor baby. Life must be so rough for him. I guess he missed lectures the day they taught about 'do no harm.' He's an over-privileged jerk. Heaven forbid any of his other patients ever inconvenience him, or he might not have any patients to keep his practice open. Sorry, I can't recommend him if he can't be more flexible and forgiving.
