A Drain Doctor Plumbing LLC was the first one to tell me they could have someone on the way. Cody and Heath seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job then. This time he came out for basic maintenance, did it correctly, and also identified a problem I hadn't even told him about yet. He came today to fix the collapsed mainline (heavy rains, maybe?) and install a relief valve. Very professional, and left the yard in good shape. Highly recommend.

Homeowners beware!!…read more I first met this vendor after discovering they were using my yard as an unauthorized access point to drive a backhoe alongside our property. It was very presumptuous to operate heavy equipment on our lawn without first obtaining our permission. When I spoke with them in person, they seemed reasonable and indicated they would address the situation. Unfortunately, once they left the area, communication became a completely different story. We have reached out to this vendor at least three times by phone and text, and they have been largely unresponsive. Ironically, the primary reason I was trying to reach them was to discuss hiring them for work at a second property we own. It's unfortunate that their failure to return phone calls or text messages will likely cost them a project worth thousands of dollars. Responsiveness and follow-through are important qualities in a contractor, and based on our experience, those have been lacking.

They were conscientious with the excavator, sticking to dirt and pine straw where they could avoid grass in the yard, and the price was great for the work they did. I can't tell you how many companies I've had to chase down and remind about the work I want to pay them to do. The whole experience with Anytime Septic was a refreshing change of pace.
