Then I was switched over to care with Dr. Danks and if you're a 90s kid and still get down with the slang, she really lives up to her name: dank. She's always been very thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and educational. She is a pillar in the community and I even saw her when I was out for some live music at the motherlode! I really couldn't be happier and no vet has made more of an impression on me. All of the nurses are lovely and when I recently had to put my old dog down, they all wrote me a letter that I am still carrying with me in my car. Thank you for all of your care and dedication to the health and wellbeing of my fur babies. Atlas was strong and silly until the very end. We are so grateful for you and you will not be forgotten

Bottom line: i bought a ear wash kit for $30 and cleaned the ears myself. Dont let them treat your animals unsupervised (if at all)

Aw man, this place used to be so good before the rebrand. I was over the moon to have found a…read morequality vet in town, and we loved them! However, things have degraded in a huge way since the rebrand. We have somehow gotten slotted to see Dr Molly instead of Dr Maggie (who is so cool, but doesn't perform surgery). Dr Molly has such awful bedside manner, has signed us up for multiple rounds of tests instead of consolidating them into one visit, botched a blood draw and made us come back the next day, and it took no less than three calls to Spring Meadow to ensure our referral was sent to Bozeman. Each time we were told it went through and to NOT call Bozeman. Each time, they had neglected to do it. I called Bozeman, against their advice. They confirmed that no referral had been sent after WEEKS of requesting it. Called again and they finally, finally sent it--but no apology to us. I'm over it. There are better vets in town. It doesn't help that after many, many appointments for testing recently, I just received an email from them that it's time for our annual preventive visit. Get it together.

Went to another vet that administered antibiotic immediately and cleared the issue up in about one day. Won't go back.

I called and asked if I should bring him in or wait till my next appointment. The receptionist said she'll speak to the doctor and if she thinks I need to bring him in, then she will give me a call back. But still come to my next appointment. They never called back but the rash was starting to get worse. I came in for my appointment and explained this and the vet tech said she would ask the doctor to look at it. I hear through the door something along the lines of, it costs more to break it up into multiple visits. It felt like I was either being taken advantage of or judged for expecting them to look at his rash. They refused to treat the rash and said they could see him tomorrow. Sounds reasonable, but I take off work for this and I can't just call out to take him in unfortunately. She said there was no record or note of me calling. I ended up getting into a different vet the same day that treated this with urgency and could see how painfully uncomfortable my puppy was. He treated the issue and was concerned they neglected to do his rabies shot today like they should have. He was able to give me some direction and advice to help my dog. I'm just pretty disappointed my time or money or dog wasn't considered here. Even if the receptionist dropped the ball, they failed to mark his chart and update the doctor on a serious symptom he was expressing. I would say to just proceed with caution.

After calling multiple vet hospitals all morning they were the only ones that had availability, turns out they build time slots into their schedule just for such emergencies! Dr Cindi and staff did a tremendous job and his healing was so fast! Two days later you could barely tell he'd been in surgery except for some shaved skin and a small incision that had already healed. I cannot thank them enough and I can't recommend them highly enough!
