When I raised concerns, the company relied on GPS records showing a truck at my property but could not provide photos from my property, despite telling me that photos are normally taken. What disappointed me most was the way the issue was handled. At no point did anyone offer to come to the property, walk the lawn with me, inspect the results, or independently verify my concerns. Instead, I was left with a charged credit card and no confidence that I received the service I paid for. Most importantly, there was never any visible evidence that the aeration and overseeding had occurred, and there still isn't. More than a month later, the lawn shows no meaningful signs of new grass growth, improvement, or change. Whether the work was not performed or was performed so poorly that it produced no observable result, the outcome was the same from my perspective: I paid for a service and saw no evidence that it benefited my lawn. The office staff was polite throughout the process, but based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

(I can get a cord in my area of reasonable wood for $75-80 delivered but my normal supplier was out) Usually when you get firewood it is cut/split to a reasonable stove size. What I got was 1/3 kindling and woodchips, 1/3 humongous pieces of wood suitable only for an outdoor bonfire, and 1/3 reasonably split wood. And the bill was actually -- surprise! $108, not $95 - supposedly because of taxes -- never have I gotten wood where this was not included in the price quoted. Of course its hard to tell what the wood is like until you stack it which I did -- and then I called them. -- they were just sure I was wrong, but would ck to see if something had gone wrong with my order... of course they never called back. (I have waited weeks in good faith before posting this to give them time to respond, tho not really expecting they wood from the tone on the phone call from them) The customer as far as they were concerned was clueless. Do not hire this company. We had nothing but trouble getting the job done. We were given multiple…read moredays of coming to do the job and it was changed at least three times. They misrepresented the quality of the shingles. We were told they were the same quality as we had and they weren't. We ordered one color and later told we had to order another color. Our neighbor used the same company and we were assured they were not waiting to do both jobs on the same day. We had our order in ahead of theirs and guess what, both were done in one day. My husband had to go over to the roofers and say, we are first. We were charged for the dumpster rental as was our neighbors and we shared the one dumpster. It was just one thing after another with this company. When the roofers finally showed up the job they did was so-so. There were ripples in the roof edge and we asked them to fix it. It was because we had metal gutter guards on our gutters. So instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, they cut them! Yes, cut them. It voided our warranty and ended up costing us an additional $475 to replace them. Roof Advisor offered to install some cheap plastic ones, telling us that was industry standard and my own research proved that to be untrue. They would have been down the street the first storm we had. By the time the roofers arrived I had lost all confidence in this company, but the supplies had been sitting on our roof for weeks. The supplies were delivered, the shingles put on the roof and the accessories next to the house. It was taking so long after delivery my senior husband had to move it to the garage so it wouldn't be damaged or stolen. It was over two months from the first date we were given until the poor work was done. No permits were filed and we had to ask for that to be done. We had to remind the roofers that the vent needed to be installed, they were in the dumpster. There was poor communication, poor salemanship, poor information related, and just a poor company in all. The company who came to replace the gutter guards said we should send a copy of the bill to Roof Advisor because it was appalling what they did. No reputable company would do this. So, there you have it. No, we did not send the bills because we know it would do no good. Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company.

Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more.
