There was a complimentary breakfast buffet with an oatmeal bar and waffle station. The staff were amazing as well. My son had left his baby blanket that he's slept with every night for 4 years. We cried when we realized it was gone. I called the next morning when housekeeping was in and the front desk had let me know that it was found and that they would mail it back to me. Thank you Isabella for your amazing service! You have literally saved the day

Beautiful Property, Deeply Unfair Management Process…read more Residence Inn Wenatchee has a beautiful Columbia River location, comfortable suites, and valuable complimentary electric-vehicle charging. Marriott should add more chargers. Unfortunately, management overshadowed every positive aspect of my extended stay. I selected this hotel as my temporary home for what was expected to be an approximately 81-night healthcare work assignment. For more than a month, no significant management concerns were communicated to me. Then, after several interactions were interpreted differently from how I intended them, management ended my stay early and later confirmed in writing that the property would not accept future reservations from me. My central concern is simple: Neither manager ever asked me for my account before making those decisions. I was not given a written summary of the allegations, told which facts had been verified, informed which policies I had allegedly violated, or given a meaningful opportunity to respond, correct inaccuracies, apologize, or demonstrate growth. One incident involved my saying that I was "in love" with a front-desk associate. I now understand that the wording may have caused discomfort, although that was not my intention. Another guest then loudly yelled, "Stop flirting with him," in front of others. I felt publicly humiliated and later responded loudly when that guest asked whether he had offended me. I accept that I should have disengaged completely. Management later raised the possibility that I had followed the guest to his room. I did not. I was returning to my own room when he spoke to me again. No manager ever asked me directly what occurred. Other concerns involved a public swim-meet weekend and a separate pool conflict in which I sought help from the front desk. I acknowledge that I was sleep deprived, distressed, and approached the desk multiple times. Again, nobody asked me for my complete chronological account. Both managers eventually came to my room together at approximately 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, woke me, and informed me that I had to leave early. The decision appeared final before my perspective had ever been requested. I later received written notice permanently refusing future reservations, but no clear explanation of the specific evidence, findings, or reasoning was provided. I accept that intent and impact are not always the same, and I have reflected seriously on boundaries, emotional regulation, affectionate language, awareness, and de-escalation. But accountability should not be one-sided. A fair process should hear all sides before making permanent decisions. That did not happen here. Property and location: 10/10 Management process: 0/10 Transparency: 0/10 Overall experience: 0/10 A beautiful hotel cannot overcome management that left a long-term guest feeling unheard, falsely accused, removed, and permanently unwelcome.

Comfort Suites - Infused water always out in the lobby, as well as coffee & tea. Fresh cookies in the evening!

I've been swimming since I was born and I'm 60 ... I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5" away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself. The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°. Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as "wretched". The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch. I don't know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don't. There are two by the desk though. Shower water pressure is dismal. They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away... and there certainly isn't any view of it.

First off the hotel is clean. The lobby looked great and so did our room. The elevator is smaller than I'm used to so getting our luggage cart in was a challenge. The room was spacious and they had it stocked with plenty of towels. The only complaint is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. There was a small dip in middle bur it wasn't terrible. The breakfast was pretty good and there were options for every taste.

It's very easy to get to from the nearby highways and very close driving to downtown Wenatchee. The room was excellent! Two queen beds and a fridge and microwave with a large TV. Definitely enough room. Still felt very new. Took my kids down to the pool and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It's indoors but there are towels down there right across from a well stocked fitness center. The breakfast itself was pretty standard and delicious! They have the waffle makers as well as all the pastries and cereals. Lots of coffee and juices on tap. Just overall a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a well priced hotel in Wenatchee!

We were in the river view room and it was cozy with a great deck view of the river. We were able to get settled in pretty quickly and wander by the water; sit and enjoy the scenery, and last but not least see their little rabbits, chickens, and prince the peacock! Ludger was an amazing host and really made us feel welcome -- can I also say he puts some restaurant chefs to shame with his breakfast creations? I found it super thoughtful that they had a check in sheet asking about allergies, dietary restrictions, and even taste preferences. He definitely accommodated to my vegetarian palate while still cooking up some of the best meals I have ever had at an inn, hotel, and possibly even restaurants. Kudos to him. It was super nice to have fresh fruit from the orchard be included the meals and it really added such a great touch to them. Price wise, I would say it is very reasonable for the delightful experience, calm and quiet surroundings, and comfortable stay. I have recommended this spot to every friend I have seen this week and will continue to rave to everyone about how amazing this spot is. Definitely check this place out -- be it for wine tasting, an event, or a stay. It is absolutely charming and will be a place you will remember for years to come.
