I would not recommend this company and would NEVER put a family member in this place. I had taken a tour of the place and saw they had open rooms available. I was told my dad was accepted as a patient. The same day he was accepted, I had driven 40 minutes to take my dad to Longview Hill. I was five minutes away and received a called from Cammi C. that she had changed her mind and my father WOULD NOT be accepted as a patient. I was going to pay full private pay--no help from insurance or medicare. Cammi called me a liar as well as the hospice social worker a liar. This is no way to run a business. They seem to say one thing and do another. That shows me that they cannot be trusted. I would not feel comfortable trusting anyone there. They showed their true colors. I am so glad I found this out before my dad was a patient there because who knows what lies I would have been told. I would NOT recommend this place. Not a place you can trust!!!!

When the staff is RUDE to a spouse of a patient, that is NOT acceptable. When a patient has clothing stolen from their room while they are in the hospital, that is NOT acceptable. I was suckered in to giving this place a second chance after my dad came out of the hospital and was very disappointed. I even had a meeting with the administrator and was assured there would be no more issues. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!! I would never recommend this place.

But then, I was blessed with the Dynamic Duo of Meagan and Shelby‼ Shelby has helped me re-learn how to dress and undress myself, regain my natural coordination, take care of my wounds/scars amongst other daily tasks. Meagan has helped me re-learn how to transfer - from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to toilet~ SAFELY. All while building up my core, especially upper body strength. I've NEVER been an exercise enthusiast, but I actually look forward to my doorbell ringing at 9:15am! They bring not only their skills, but happy spirits with them. I actually get to laugh again. The staff here is amazing at how they care for the clients. They show so much kindness, respect, compassion, and love to the ones they care for. I know it's their job but they sure don't treat them as a job they treat them as family (that is loved). I hate that our dad had to go to a home, but thankful he is in this one! If he has to be in one. I have never seen a home that cares so much for not just the client but also for their families. It means so much to the families knowing that people like this is caring for their loved ones when they are not able to.
