So I called the company to come out and clean my ducks. I called Maven Air Care a branch in Philadelphia and I told him that I needed him to come out and clean my vents. They set an appointment they came out. They cleaned my vents. I paid them and they left about a month later my furnace stopped working so I called the technician to come out and find out what was going on. The technician called me and told me that my inducer motor, my main fan motor and my board had burned out because the air filter was not put inside of the unit. The technician took several pictures showing me the damage to the unit and told me how much it would cost to get fixed. I reached out to Maven Air Care to to pay for the damage and they pretty much stopped answering my phone calls and emails. I would not recommend this company to come out. I don't know whether they're not training their staff properly or what, but even if it was a mistake, they should still stand behind their name and reimburse me for the money I had to fix because of their technician's mistake. I would not hire this company if I were you

I expected a little dirt but not to the degree that it is now. * Because they did not turn off the unit prior to cleaning, all of the debris went back into my unit and it is now froze up. I have to have a service call to fix it because the air is not working. * I stayed with your guys to ensure they were doing their work properly and they kept making comments about me watching them saying "we better do a good job, she watching". Had water damage to our kitchen floor due to Dishwasher leaking…read more The plumber who checked the diswasher area for us recommended Emrick Serices. This happened mid Oct 2024. Josh from Emrick came out and was all positive and said the adjoining flooring in the living room and dining room would have to be replaced as well. Our USAA ins agreed to cover it. All sounded good. The mitigation team came and dried tore up and dried out the kithcen floor but in the process they broke some dishes and crockery ware that was dislodged from one of the kitchen cabinets. Next Josh sent a flooring team in. Josh had a lvp planking delivered, but the flooring team lead said due to the uneven floors it would have to have a leveling compound applied that the Ins would not cover. They did not contact the ins to verify that. So the alternative they chose for us was a glue down vinyl flooring of less value and quality. they showed us pictures of 3 or four options. Not much of a choice. in the process of installing they took off pannel doors in two areas and never put them back. We had little or no contact from Josh and when we did it was terse and intimidating. He had promised to paint base boards and trim, but never showed up. we got a call from the content pack out comp saying Josh Had notified him that everything was done and they could return our content. We told him everything was not done and that the base boards and trim and one wall still had to be painted . We My wife ended up doing the painting herself . This was in May of 2025. We found Emrick Services to be unprofessional, uncooperative and uncommunicative. The whole experience was stressful and upsetting. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
