He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. When LG&E tech came by 2nd time, even after repairs, a whole new gas pipe with multiple connectors changed, there was STILL a gas leak. In all ~4 gas leaks identified. YIKES! He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and values doing the right thing over making a quick sale.
