I had stopped in for a cleaning and to ask some questions about one of my older rings. While I was being assisted the Store Manager stepped over to say hello and make sure I was being properly cared for. The impression that I got was one of peaceful teamwork. The pricing I was given for repair services was reasonable and I decided to go ahead with letting them update my ring. About a week later when I was picking it up, several days sooner than quoted, the service was again friendly. My ring was even better than I envisioned. I will take any future jewelry business I have to this Kay. They went above and beyond.

We were greeted by George, who was super friendly off the bat. We then measured my boyfriends finger and looked at bands as well. He was so amazing the whole time, made us feel super great, and didn't pressure us into looking at super expensive rings. I had to have mine removed for a medical procedure. I already had one I had purchased out of state. I went in to have it put back on and took the other with me as well. They wanted to charge $10 to get the 2nd one also attached. The only additional effort was a spark from the welder they already had out. My arm was already there, the person was already doing it for the one I paid $60 for. I've shopped multiple times here over the years, but never again. There was no extra cost to the store to weld the 2nd bracelet. Customer service is more than just a hello when you walk in.
