From the first thorough meeting to discuss likes, dislikes, wishes, menu, guest count, budget, etc it was clear they are experienced and organized. It was clear we would ultimately choose Voila. From the day we hired them until our wedding day Voila worked closely with us to really give us the wedding of our dreams. Every staff member was exceptional and professional in their roles. They handled everything we needed them to. Not just the food but rental coordination, staff, set up, staging, clean up, take down, left overs (there wasn't much), pickup, etc. We wanted a family style dinner set up on banquet tables and they made it happen. We were able to customize our look with table size, style, chairs, colors, linens, napkins, glassware and more. Voila takes pride in their business and product and it shows. With many years of experience they are able to guide you through the process and are readily available. Every question we had was quickly answered whether it by email, phone call or text. The food was exceptional! Cooked onsite at our venue, it came hot out of the ovens and to our tables. It was absolutely delicious. We continue to get compliments on our food and it's been weeks since our wedding. I'm still dreaming of our food. Voila worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and everything came together in a vision of perfection, it was just how I pictured it. I still remember sitting next to my husband at our table, looking out onto the room and thinking this is exactly what I wanted. You can start and finish your caterer search here with Voila. I can't wait to be able to recommend them for your wedding.

One of the things that made them stand out for me was that they always made a point to set aside a tray at the end of the gig for the musicians - that kind of courtesy was unusual, and the food was amazing! Based on those experiences, I hired them to cater a fundraising event for our youth symphony, and they were great to work with in every way. They kept us within our budget and everyone raved about the food. Several years later when it came time to hire a caterer for my wedding, there was no question in my mind that I wanted Voila'. Still, my husband-to-be was living in CA, so I set up a tasting so that he could decide if he wanted to try other places, or go with them. No question - after trying the food it was Voila' all the way! I've seen negative reviews on this site. Is Jonathan opinionated? Yes, but there is good reason for that. They take their food seriously, and they have been doing this for a long time, so they know what works. Now they are also doing event rentals, and I found it to be cost-effective as well as more efficient to also order the linens and such from them that our venue did not provide. I really appreciated his input and did not find his manner off-putting. In fact, he even agreed to meet with me again when I was questioning my choices on the menu! Of course, in my field I am accustomed to strong personalities, and I don't take offense at someone who is passionate about what they do. Everything they did at the reception was STELLAR. Everything they served was scrumptious, and their excellent serving staff made sure that everything was smooth and trouble-free. Delivery/clean-up was flawless. Since they make everything to order, they do not do buffets, so if that is what you are looking for, this isn't the place for you. If you want organization, exquisite flavors and something really special - call Voila'.

Impressed by their commitment to use local farms and vendors as much as possible, and their dedication to sustainability, I gave them a try. They didn't disappoint. Giving them pretty much free reign to prepare three days of food for my event they provided fresh, innovative menus. Understanding my group was important to me, even our vegan, vegetarian with a no gluten restricted diet, walked away stuffed after every meal. I have since used them for my annual fall event, and look forward to welcoming them back next spring too! If you are tired of the standard fare and average service generally provided by the industry, switch it up and give Rafati's a try! They rock!

Although I haven't hired them myself, I have been to an event that they catered at the Tiffany Center last evening. Sometimes buffets are hit or miss, but this was quite good. They had green mixed salad with home made dressings, a cous cous salad, fresh fruit platter, and wrap sandwiches. We had the option of chicken or veggie. The chicken had what I think was hummus, lettuce, tomato, along with really tasty sliced chicken. I have to say, everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. It was clear that the food hadn't been made too far ahead of time, unlike some that I've had at other events. The raspberries on the fruit platter we gigantic. It was a cocktail event, but they also set up a station with water, lemonade, coffee, and tea. For dessert, they had pumpkin parfaits, which were also done really well. The servers working the event were helpful and prompt removing used plates, and keeping an eye on the food. If I was holding an event at this venue, I would definitely check into Rafati's.

Will and Sarah made our day legitimately so special and every tiny detail (many of which I had not thought of) was handled thoughtfully ahead of time. My husband and I have such a busy daily schedule and for us to plan a wedding on top of it all seemed like an overwhelming task. I told myself I deserved a *treat* in the form of a day of coordinator. Unlike the buyers remorse I commonly feel after buying clothes and then trying them on again at home in front of my bad mirrors, there is ZERO buyer's remorse with DMWTB. Will was professional, punctual, and flexible from the beginning. I went in to the process having identified and booked most of my vendors already but to have someone help do all the coordination with the vendors the week of, including having detailed timelines and a floor plan created, saved me so much time and angst.
