There was additional service at home that he was able to do and he refunded the difference between my prepaid amount and the charge for the sprinkler wire fix after a follow up. So he sounded like a nice guy I could trust and I contacted him again on Saturday - he said he could visit and give me a free estimate on Wednesday so I could decide on project. Today when I checked what time he would be here, he says he wont serve me, period, because he had to refund the money earlier for job he didnt do. Now it is clear he is not a professional and I recommend staying away from this person with attitude.

I was not able to walk on the floor for 24 hours and drive on it for 48 hours. Payment was easy. The sent an invoice via email after the install and I was able to pay for it on line. The builders spent a lot of time shirtless and smoking cigarettes in my backyard. They had to to come back out to our property 3 times within the first two weeks because of issues. Issue #1: They forgot to concrete in 3 posts. Issue#2: They damaged a panel when they were installing it, they noticed this and then proceeded to turn the panel the other direction facing my neighbors house so that we wouldn't notice. My neighbor witnessed them do this. Issue#3 The gate latch ripped completely off of the gate week 1. Issue#4 The gate installed at the back of our yard was not installed properly and would only open about 6 inches. Our fence is now almost 3 years old. The vinyl fencing has many cracks. The company claims that this is normal and to be expected.

The salesperson delivered a good pitch to get my money. I specifically told him we have issues with the dormers and he said they would be take care of. Eight months after the roof was put on I noticed some water stains on ceiling. I emailed the salesperson Ryan that day and called the next day. The communication was decent in the beginning but declined from there. A crew was sent to my house on Friday March 28th. I was home all day and they never approached me or let me know they were there so I could ask questions. It then took till April 7 to to get a response from the production manager about what was going on. I was told that there was some missing house wrap around the dormer and that is where water was getting in. Overall not happy with Kingdom at all. The communication is very poor. They did not preform a good inspection with the information I gave them about the dormer being a problem. They just wanted to get paid for a new roof. I definitely do not recommend Kingdom Roofing.
