The builders spent a lot of time shirtless and smoking cigarettes in my backyard. They had to to come back out to our property 3 times within the first two weeks because of issues. Issue #1: They forgot to concrete in 3 posts. Issue#2: They damaged a panel when they were installing it, they noticed this and then proceeded to turn the panel the other direction facing my neighbors house so that we wouldn't notice. My neighbor witnessed them do this. Issue#3 The gate latch ripped completely off of the gate week 1. Issue#4 The gate installed at the back of our yard was not installed properly and would only open about 6 inches. Our fence is now almost 3 years old. The vinyl fencing has many cracks. The company claims that this is normal and to be expected.

Blade personally met with adjuster and showed him where the leaks were Adjuster was reluctant, but Blade never gave up. Eventually, insurance company did accept claim. Blade was always cheerful and willing to answer any questions I had. The crew (about 8-10 guys) came out at 7:30 on a cold morning and went to work--removed the old roof, (0n my 4 bedroom house) installed a new improved roof and completed the job by 4:30. The crew worked diligently all day--To a quick brown bag lunch (only about 20 minutes long and scurried back to work. They were polite, pleasant and diligent. On the day of the appointment, they were a no call no show. I text Isaiah with the screenshot of his text of our appointment which he missed. He called, gave me an excuse on how he called everyone else but me to reschedule. I rescheduled, because life happens. Second appointment, he calls me to say they were in an accident and needs to reschedule again. Again, life happens and I understand.
