But the owner is a whole different story, we spent $100k on our landscaping project, he was very accomodating before the final payment was made, then right after, his whole attitude changed. There was never anybody answering the phone at the office, he never replied to phone messages I have left, when texted him with the requests, he said he doesn't like customers texting him and he blocked us from any further textings, funny thing is, he never complained about us calling and texting him before the final payment was made. The plantings have a one year warranty, the patios and stoneworks have 2 year warranty, but it was like pulling teeth when we requested him to replace the dead shrubs and repair some pavers. When he fianally sent someone "Bob" over to fix the problems today, he was rude and full of attitude, accusing us for being unreasonable. OUTRAGEOUS!!! $100k was not a small project, there are bound to be needing fine tunings and adjustments, that's what warranties are for! But according to the owner and this particular worker, the paying customer is considered too demanding to request for repairs on patios or replacement of dead plants. I will never use this company again!

January 10, 2024 My…read morestory started on Thanksgiving day last year. My wife came to me complaining of a puddle in her in-home office. After searching for the cause, discovered we had several leaks in our roof. Friends recommended Exterior Pro Builders (EPB) as having replaced both their roof and their mother's roof. I contacted EPB and they had their estimator here the following Monday after the holiday weekend. From that point onward, all of my contacts with this company were professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Contract for the work was clear, concise and understandable. Downpayment was 50% which is customary and reasonable. The biggest delay in the entire process was getting the required building permit from my city. There were other weather related delays outside of anyone's control. So on the Friday after Christmas, the ten man crew arrived to start work. I have a fairly large roof, and when I asked how long the job would take, Marco, the foreman said they would be done by the end of the day. I was amazed and unbelieving, but by 7pm that day they were packing up and I had a new roof. One man returned the following week to finish cleaning up, which, by the way, was thorough and painstaking. I will not hesitate to recommend EPB to anyone needing a new roof. They were also able to remove and reinstall my existing gutter helmets with no apparent damage. Special kudos to: Rich Viera, the estimator Alexis, the very nice lady in their office Marco, the foreman Thanks for making a very trying period much easier. Five stars. Highly recommended.
