I was off site during much of the work which involved replacing the failed clay pipe with a Polyethylene pipe. This involved using a hydraulic anvil which breaks open the old piple while pulling the pulling the Polyethylene pipe through the old hole. Trenching was needed only at the two ends. Without this equipment being available and entire outdoor cement staircase overlaying the pipe would have had to be demolished and replaced! Alvin sent photos and video throughout the entire job. The cement work closing up the two end connection points looked like a cement contractor did the work. Very clean! Needless to say I highly recommend All Season Rooter & Plumbing (Owner:Alvin) and will definitely call them the next I need plumbing repairs!

Had Alvin and EZ re-pipe the drain lines and problem solved. The team also re-piped my gas lines, installed earthquake valves, and 2 tankless water heaters (one for my house and one for my parents). All jobs were done professionally and on the planned schedule. Would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs and highly recommend their plumbing services.

Whitaker Plumbing is exceptional in every sense, and I could not be more pleased with the service…read morethey provided installing my Toto LS bidet toilet in my high-rise condo. From the outset, everything felt effortless and professional. Shane and Dylan were outstanding -- polished, knowledgeable, and quietly confident in their work. They arrived punctually, treated the home with great respect, and carried themselves with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires trust. They even offered to wear booties without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated in a condo setting. This was not a simple installation, given the high-end nature of the Toto fixture and the complexities of a high-rise environment, yet they handled everything with complete ease. The work was performed with precision and care, and the result is flawless. Everything functions perfectly, and the bathroom was left immaculate, as though they had never been there. What stood out most was the calm efficiency and refinement of the entire experience. There was no disruption, no mess, and no uncertainty -- just seamless execution and true craftsmanship from beginning to end. Whitaker Plumbing exemplifies what true professional service should feel like. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them with complete confidence for any plumbing needs, especially where quality and attention to detail truly matter.
