After taking our order he came over with a plate of complimentary sauerkraut and pickles. The pickles were extremely crisp and had an incredible mustardy flavor. The sauerkraut was also very fresh and could be eaten all by itself. The food came shortly after. We got a bowl of zurek soup in a pot and it was amazing. The soup had a beautiful almost citrusy taste with sausage and egg. We also got the pork knuckle that comes fried with a salad, french fries and a basket of bread. It's also served with sauerkraut plus horseradish and mustard to dip. Honestly the pork knuckle was so flavorful I didn't feel the sauces were necessary. It is huge!! I recommend getting the smaller size because the waiter offered us 2 sizes and I mistakenly went for the larger one. We couldn't finish all of it! But the food is amazing!
