He stated we should have called a number on his card, but obviously this is not the number that his business is listed at via FB. People do not keep business cards and it is not OUR responsibility to follow up with a company we have contracted business with.. The message ended with a very unprofessional "we've been going thru a lot lately so the yelp review really helps thanks." No "I'm sorry" or any attempt at customer service. Really disappointed since our interactions prior to this had been so good and we were looking to do a couple larger jobs with them. I can't imagine we are the only people left wondering whether our lawn would be cut before the HOA fines us.Like I told him, when you are in business, communication is key.******* Urban Oasis has been taking care of our lawn for a while now, and the guys are friendly and service has been fairly good. Lately, they had been servicing on different days, and then sporadically miss mowing for 2 weeks or more. Our HOA fined us in May because of Urban Oasis not showing up for a couple weeks, and now again it's been 2 weeks with no word.
