I also love that they have closed captioning on the televisions. And they have a roll of paper towels and all of the condiments already on the table which helps the workers so much. The crinkle fries were good. They have a good seasoning on them but they need more. So much more seasoning because it's good. The beef topped pizza was also good. The dough is a little sweet but I ate every bit of it. The cheese was plentiful. To me, the homemade chips were wonderful. They weren't greasy or salty. The club sandwich's bread was out of this world fresh and good. The sandwich was a little thin to me. I would have appreciated another slice of meat but the sandwich as a whole was good. The cheese was melted and tasty. The food was a little expensive but I guess everything is since 2020. The parts I didn't like-they are minor things. There was a loud hum in the lady's restroom. Sounds like it's coming from the ceiling although there wasn't a light over the stall so I'm not sure. Upon arrival around 2 pm on a Monday, there were 6 tables that had not been cleaned. I saw a couple of workers on break outside, perhaps they took a break after a lunch rush?? The only female worker had her hair up but part of her long bangs was hanging down. I used to work in food service and we always had to wear hair nets. The dress of the staff was quite casual. That doesn't bother me but some might frown on it. One guy had crocs on. Another guy was wearing sweatpants. Again, no worries for me because it's a casual place but wanted to mention it in case you're looking for a white tablecloth kind of place. This is not it. Side note-the ice cream and fudge across the street at Hester's Country Store is AMAZING! makes for a nice dessert after eating here.

I want to go back for a whole salad and try one of their flatbreads to go with it, so I can bring some leftovers home for lunch the next day. There are also Caesar Dips: Buffalo, Chipotle, Ranch, Buttery Garlic, Buffalo Ranch, Cheezy Jalapeño and BBQ. We waited for 10 minutes and then we ordered a Supreme 14" pizza, a pepperoni deep-dish pizza, 2 orders of cheese bread, and a couple of containers of marinara dippin' sauce. The lady behind the desk told us it was going to be a wait and handed us a cone to put out in front of our parked car in the parking lot (interesting). My friend and I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and the chick from inside brought our 2 orders (a couple minutes apart from each other). I could plainly see the unmistakeable Tanqueray and maybe Beefeater bottles on the shelf. I told her to ask the bartender for a TnT. It took 30 minutes to get everyone a water, beer or cocktail. We ordered food which took 1.5 hours to get to the table. We were wondering where our food was as we watched the ENTIRE staff go outside and start vaping. Even the bartender. No staff were inside anywhere we could see. Half of us were OK with the food quality. 2 ordered crab cakes which they had on previous visits and liked them. They were delivered to the table without the roumalade sauce descibed on the menu. When asked about it the waitress went to the kitchen and returned saying "we don't have any, we will have to make it". Seriously. She showed up with some about 15 minutes later. One diner complained her crab cakes were underdone and the other was way overdone. No consistency. When weasked for more rolls she said "we don't have anymore, it will take 20 minutes to bake them". After everyone was served, But Me, I asked where my food was. The waitress said it's coming. Yes, it came 15 minutes later so I presume I was forgotten. The bacon on my bleu burger was way underdone so I removed it. Obviously a rushed plate. I should have taken pics of the substandard food. Our group meets every 3rd Thursday and we had patronized this establishment several times in the past. It was unanimously agreed that we will not return.

(Please put these two salads on the permanent menu!!) Our other orders included the prime rib with corn and a strawberry salad, and a sirloin with french fries and Mac and cheese. The prime rib melts in your mouth, and was delicious with the creamy zingy horseradish. The strawberry salad was served the same as the beet salad- with spinach, goat cheese, and balsamic dressing on the side which was very tasty as well! The water is also good! I'm a little picky about water at restaurants and this water is super smooth, no weird tastes, and very good! One note on ambiance: I think the restaurant could be elevated with a more classic music choice- pop music doesn't quite match the vibe or the food served. Everything we ordered was phenomenal!
