He assisted me by getting the guitars off the wall and removing the string guards (due to covid so they can wipe them down after showing). I picked out an Ibanez semi-hollow that was inexpensive but played very nicely. Here's where the encounter became great though - About a week later Jack called me to thank me for my business. He remembered what we discussed during my visit and made my purchase feel special. I was truly impressed that I got a phone call about my inexpensive purchase and felt like a valued customer.
