I'm making it my goal to try everything on the menu but it's going to take a while. The burritos are huge and delicious and loaded with fillings and they don't skimp on the meat. Birria and Chile Colorado are my favorites, chicken is plentiful but tends to be a tiny bit on the bland side so the salsas come in handy for that. The platos are HUGE. The refried beans are the best I've had anywhere. Tacos are also great. Have not tried the fish ones yet but I have a friend who's currently addicted so I'm assuming they're good as well. I have not encountered a miss on the menu yet. Looking forward to my next visit!

I didn't like the default salsa they put on the tacos, would've preferred just onion and cilantro. In fact I didn't like any of the salsas they offered, the green salsa was the only decent one and I'm sure the orange looking salsa was on its way out, it tasted and smelled funky. Customer service was great. We might come back just for asada tacos but maybe not.

We've also got their regular mac n cheese in the past at the Puyallup Farmers Market for my kids and they are big fans of that! At the food festival, they were serving pulled pork mac n cheese cones (yes, in a waffle cone!) which was a super cute way to serve it. It also was drizzled with some sort of spicy honey which I normally wouldn't choose, but it was SO good and paired so well with the pulled pork and mac n cheese! I've encountered the same employees several times at all the different places we've tried them and they always have a smile on their face. Definitely a local favorite that we'll continue to support!
