I messaged this company through their website, but never heard back so I called them, Luis answered, and he was in my area, and stopped by within 15 minutes. I liked him, we chatted, I showed him my fence and he gave me two verbal numbers depending on much of the fence we decided to rebuild. He then said he's send me over the actual quote with a couple of pictures of options, so I could discuss with my neighbors. And then... nothing. I never got the quote or pictures. I send numerous text messages asking nicely for it. I called and left him a voicemail. I sent two emails through the website. Someone on Facebook who claims to know him well even supposedly messaged him on my behalf. Still zero reply. This person needs to go and take a simple course in client management. Why bother coming to my house, wasting my time if you 1) seemingly don't want to do the job and 2) can't even manage the decently a reply. I even point blank asked, if you don't want to do the job, at least just TELL me so I know. Zero reply to any attempts to make contact. I was going to hire them to do the job. All it would have taken was a REPLY to any of my attempts to contact them again. Maybe your luck will vary, but 1 star for this utter waste of time.

Jason was hired to replace 2 sides of an existing redwood fence. The new fence was not put in the…read moresame place as the old-it was pushed in over 2' in some places. Cross boards are inconsisten, some not cut at the correct angle, many not making any contact. There are nails that completely miss the wood, the pedestrian gate hardware broke immediately. The driveway gate (cheap cattle gate) began to sag the following week-he said he would replace it with a quality gate and would reinforce the gate posts. Rather than cutting the boards to the correct size when going over redwood roots, they ran a skill saw along the top of the fence boards, in a very uneven line. The entire job was horrible. When we brought these issues to Jason's attention (he was not on the job once after doing the estimate), he assured us that he would fix/ replace all of the issues. Then, the excuses began (from he and his wife-office manager): he had fired the 2 men that had done our job and was shorthanded. He injured a leg and needed surgery. He had an infection in his lungs- then a spot on his lungs...it went on and on for more than 2 years. Still, he has not fixed a single issue! Find someone else! You'll be glad you avoided Cambra Contracting!!! I wish we had!

The service person even said they were very slow and tried to sell me on a new door. Since the maintenance, one of the springs snapped. They came out and fixed it for more $$. Now, a couple months later, our door is completely off its rails and crooked. Called a different place. They said Turbo installed the wrong size spring and didn't calibrate the drums correctly, causing the door to fail. So now we DO have to replace our door. Go find another company.

The outside of this facility looks great except for 1000 cigarette butts in the planters…read more I requested a handicap room and told there weren't any because they hadn't cleaned any of them. No house cleaners on duty that day. The hallways were dirty call my littered with debris that probably hadn't been vacuumed for a week. The door to my room was fitted so badly that you could see light all around the perimeter. At the top of the stairs, the fire alarm was disabled, no cover and no battery. The base of the toilet in my room was leaking water. The white bath mat had black stains on it I had driven quite a ways to arrive there, and hope to take a nap before dinner, but there was a guy leaf blowing right outside for what seemed like at least an hour, So napping was pretty much out of the question. Too bad, he blows all the cigarette butts into the planters instead of cleaning them up... I arrived at the breakfast room more than 30 minutes before the time breakfast was to end, and there were no eggs left, and none were produced. The bread was picked over and not replaced. Guys, it appeared to run the place were standing in the front room chatting amongst themselves, but didn't seem to care about he promised breakfast. There were almost no guests in the place, and I can see why. The price was reasonable and the place is convenient to the Highway 101, but the place needs a thorough cleaning, I question how sanitary it is, and they obviously don't Care about fire, safety, providing handicap facilities, nor providing the breakfast in its entirety. I chose this place over Other low-cost properties, because I thought that quality Inn had some standards, but apparently this property does not adhere to quality Inn standards.
