Don't be fooled by the fact that "croquette" is a French word. I ordered the Strozzapreti Norcina at the server's recommendation. This glorious pasta is made with sausage, tomato, cream, that wonderful Grana Padano, and truffle oil. Another plate to be savored. The service was solid throughout, though the pasta could have been hotter (i.e. could have been brought out sooner). It was really great to enjoy a wonderful meal with my wife, but I can't imagine being able to afford meals for my 2 kids. The variety of the menu is truly incredible.
