My car was making lots of noises and I needed a quote on costs for repair. They were able to get my…read morecar in the same day (Friday at 3pm but I dropped my car off around 12pm and left the keys in the vehicle as I needed to get to work before 3pm), which was nice considering how many other places weren't available until several days or even weeks later. They were kind and helpful with a quote, and made some minor fixes (e.g. added more steering wheel fluid) even though I ended up not getting the repairs fixed with them. I'm giving four stars only because I felt communication regarding status and expectations was comparably less helpful/effective than with other places in my personal experience. Specifically, I wasn't called to know what the status of my car was, I had to call them; and they also didn't ask me for any contact information initially (I left my contact information with my keys in the vehicle but I am unsure if they noticed). It also seems like they don't work by appointment, it's more like a first-come-first-serve basis, which is fine except I didn't know that; since I was told it would be assessed at 3pm was expecting an assessment that day or the following day by phone call. My car didn't receive a full assessment until Monday and I wasn't given the actual quote until Tuesday morning. I'm sure they are very busy and I'm thankful they were able to help me with the quote, I just wish there would have been better communication about their service process and regarding my car's assessment needing to be pushed back. It's my only car and I had to scramble to arrange alternate transportation for Monday and Tuesday. However it was an overall good experience with Chad when we did communicate. I did not get my car fixed with them because I am going to buy a new car instead.
