New Took my 2020 Explorer in for repair December 2023…read more January 2024 I was told the parts were back ordered. December 2024 I was told the parts were finally released and car should be repaired by February 2025. I didn't contact them until March 2025. Excuse after excuse with the need of 2 more weeks. May 14, 2025 I finally retrieve my car with a tow truck to take to another place for repairs. I was told the parts were ordered May 8th and should be in Monday. 2 other car owners were there to pick up their cars after sitting for a year. I was thankful my car was in running order after sitting for 17 months.
