I bought a beautiful house with really ugly popcorn ceilings…read more I hired Adam and his team to get rid of the popcorn ceilings and refinish them with a smooth texture. I have a multi story house with tall ceilings. Adam gave me a VERY competitive quote and a good timeframe. They were able to start quickly and finished a couple of days sooner than I thought they would. They did the job well, as promised and left my house looking good. I was in constant communication with Adam throughout the project. I recommend hiring Adams team based on quality of work, speed, and price (their competitors wanted thousands more). They came and did the work and led me to believe that they would also be handling the rebuild afterwards so I felt like I was in good hands. Once the mitigation was completed, I was told to contact Dan to talk about the rebuild process. He was busy when I called but told me he would get back to me the next day. After about 5 days I reached out to follow up only to be told that he was having issues with subcontractors and offered to connect me with one of his colleagues. He never did. And I haven't heard from him or Aquadry again, but they did manage to send out invoices in a timely manner and made sure the insurance check cleared first. The workers who did the mitigation, one in particular (Johnathan I think) were ok overall aside from Johnathan not showing up once or twice and not notifying me of any schedule changes, having me waiting around for them to show up. Disregarding me and my time. As well as trying to have personal conversations about my kids and marital status which made me very uncomfortable. Ultimately I was left with a mess that I had to find another contractor to clean up. They also lied about the day and time they actually started the project on the invoice they sent to my insurance company so they could charge a same day after hours fee. When in actuality they didn't start the job until weeks after they came out to give the estimate. Would not recommend

I recently purchased a home that was badly in need of some gutters along with some siding and…read moresoffits. I had multiple companies come out for their evaluations and estimates. Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The estimate that I received from Joe wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but due to Joe's attention to detail it is what made me decide to go with Jon's Seamless Gutters. I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did and will recommend Jon's Seamless Gutters to anyone that asks me.

They were good throughout the set up and installation which was about 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get them to come out and do some simple cleaning around the edges and to ensure that everything is working properly and they have basically "ghosted me". Emails and texts. Perhaps this review is just an expression of my frustration. Anyhow, I now am back on yelp trying to find someone else to come and help me with these gutters.
