I came from a beach condo with lots of water issues. When you put in claims (even if you're not at fault) insurance Co rate you a bad risk. Vallejo was prompt my first yr, after that it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Mind you I'm paying double for coverage. I even had to call the insurer directly one year. This last yr I did finally hear back that one of their other brokers would contact me. Sure enough just a few days left and I get an email quote. Too late, I had gotten other coverage.
