I have waited most of my adult life to have holiday lights installed on my home. Last season (my…read morefirst), the lights did not get up until mid-December. And guess what, we are going to be right there again this year. I have paid for installation and storage months in advance and had called 4+ times this year to make sure that the lights were installed by Thanksgiving. I was promised installation on 11/30/20 and no lights. I even told them they could install right after Halloween.11/30/20-no lights. 12/1/20-again no lights. A representative called me the Friday after Thanksgiving and told me they would be up on 11/30/20. Today (12/2), when I called I got a laundry list of excuses as to why the lights aren't up. "We are busy"--you are a holiday light installation company, maybe would've guessed you'd be busy and scheduled accordingly?? The service has been horrible. And then was zero communication of them missing the 11/30/20 deadline. If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't buy your lights here and expect to enjoy them for the holiday season.

I do want to comment on the John M review, I have a hard time buying that story, though I don't really know him, john(garden center) is very mild mannered and I can't see this at all. Also we have bought 5 trees from Lanoha and looked at mullhals and a 1 year guarantee(if it dies you get a new in stock of the tree same size) is the policy everywhere. You should not expect your money back. We had a tree replaced by Lanoha and the replacement tree does not carry the same guarantee as new. Again he is complaining about a standard policy that all nursery's have. Perhaps he should plant from seeds so he can only blame himself.

I ordered the flowers online one night after the business was closed, and the next morning Barry called me to explain that they were going to have to substitute some flowers in the arrangement, and asked if it was OK with me. I told him that was fine but asked him to send me a picture of them after it was arranged, and he did. I really appreciated that, since I was out of state and I wasn't able to attend. The flowers were delivered on time. Family members sent me pictures too, and told me the arrangement was beautiful. Thanks to Barry and all the crew at the Flower Barn for making things so easy for me when I was 1000 miles away. You have my complete TRUST, and future business.

They seem to have about every major variety, and good selection of each kind. They have a few precut ready to go but the best way is to go out into the trees and pick one yourself. They'll cut your selection down and drive it back to your vehicle where they trim to specifications and put it on a machine to shake it free of snow and dead needles. It's nice to have the tree cut on the spot because the tree won't ever dry out making it safer to keep in your home. Picking a good one is easier when they are not packed in netting. Hansen's prices are incredibly low. My jaw hit the ground when they told me the price for a ten foot blue spruce. Never heard of prices so low. The perfect tree farm. Thanks!!
