Went in to have acrylics removed & instead of soaking them, they took it off with another acrylic nail, which left my nails damaged! Bruised! Nails are thinned out and very flimsy now! I even mentioned to the person taking care of me, shouldn't they be soaking my nails, and he brushed it off saying, I will take care of it!‍‍ Always in a rush! read more

This place is amazing. They are kind friendly funny and they take their job. Seriously Lisa did my nails and she did it spectacular job. Cindi usually does my nails but if Cindi's not available I'll take Lisa their family to me. They did a great job with my nails! Got a fill yesterday and I swear I've never been more impressed with how good they turned out. Usually nail salons hate cutting my nails short for some reason but they very much accommodated my request and they look great! All my nails are even in length and none are crooked. And the polish looks great too. I will definitely go back. read more

By far the worst nail experience we have ever had. My sister and I decided to drive 40 minutes to get our nails done at Blair Nails. A decision we will never make again. we had asked for 2 simple french tips. The guy who had done my yellow french tips rushed through the entire thing and was completely unfocused. After finishing mine I was left with air bubbles, different shaping, and polish on the side of my fingers. He then went onto do a dip manicure for another customer, in the middle of it he got up and walked outside for a good 5 minutes for a phone call. He left her with half of her nails done and half of them still in dip powder. As for my sister she realized in the beginning that the lady doing her nails wouldn't be capable of a french tip so she decided that doing a solid color would be best. How hard is one solid color? Clearly for Blair Nails it was pretty difficult because she left with 10 completely different nails. Different shape, different length, different thickness. Awful. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Worst experience ever.....had a fill with 1 nail replacement all done in 20 minutes. 2 of my nails are crooked, she took off part of my cuticle with the tool that is used to smooth out your nails. Didn't even get extra stuff from underneath my mails. At least not using tool. read more

I went to the salon and they asked me to come back in 20 minutes, I left and came back in 20 minutes. They got me in and my feet soaked for about 15 minutes, the girl worked with me for about 15 minutes and then put my shoes on to polish my nails. I asked her if she would file my nails and cut around the corners of my big toes, she did not want to do it but I insisted. This was included in the option I chose. She then painted my toes but not the top part (the part that gets cut). I asked her to do that and she did but they did not look great. She did a design but it was not very cute. I went home and redid my toes. In the past I have had good experiences but not the last two times I have visited this location. I will be driving to Omaha from now on to get a quality pedicure. read more

My mother and I went here on Black Friday this year and had a wonderful experience. They were very friendly, quick and did an excellent job on our shellac polish. It has been almost 3 weeks and our nails still look fabulous. I can't wait to go again! read more
