I went in for lunch with a coworker. He had the East Coast sandwich, and I had the chicken salad sandwich, both on squaw bread. The East Coast is pastrami, turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato piled high on soft bread. The chicken salad is fresh shredded chicken, mayo and seasoning. It also has lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. We each had chips and a fountain drink and it was about $17 total. The 2 owners are nice, and the place is very clean and organized. This place has one of the best sandwiches ever! There are definitely healthier options to try from if you wanted to be healthy like me. I got the #7 vegetarian option because it had like avocado and egg salad in there so it's like a 3 in 1 sandwich. It was definitely good and flavorful, but the only thing I didn't like were the sprouts. But nonetheless, definitely a good sandwich place! I will definitely be going back some time in the near future to try their other healthy sandwiches. I also tried the chicken noodle soup. Let me tell you guys, it's definitely MUCH better than the one at Subways! It's not salty at all. However, I only wish that the chicken strips were a little bit bigger. We love this place. Fresh and great tasting sandwiches with great service that we had today for lunch at work.. I had a delicious club (turkey, ham and bacon) combo on wheat bread. My friend had their pastrami that she said is good. For a few dollars more, you can make it a combo with a bag of chips and drink. They have homemade soups, fresh salads, and hot/cold sandwiches on the menu. They bring out your order after they are prepared to your table. This place is great! I can't believe I have never noticed it before! I got the half sandwich and half soup deal and chose the California Sandwich (Roast beef, Avocado, and Cheese) and the Chicken Noodle soup. Both were delicious! The sandwich bread was sooooo soft and you could tell the meat and avocado were fresh. But the biggest surprise was the soup, I could eat an entire bucket of the soup alone, it was delicious not at all super salty or super bland like most chicken noodle soups. FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The owners son is the most rude person ever! If I could give negative stars I would give this place infinite negative stars. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning after eating a tuna sandwich on March 6, 2017. I went to urgent care and after explaining the symptoms to the doctor and the timeline of consuming the tuna sandwich he diagnosed the food poisoning (plus, this was the only thing I ate that day). Today I went to the deli to simply let them know I got food poisoning after eating the tuna sandwich that they served me. I was very quiet as to not let anybody in the restaurant know what happened. The guy got so defensive and loud that everyone eating at the time heard him. I reiterated to him that I was simply letting him know what happened and that I didn't want anything from him but just wanted to make him aware of the food poisoning. I told him I didn't understand why he was getting so defensive and loud. He said he serves a lot of Tuna and how am I the only one to get food poisoning. I said if anybody else got it maybe they just didn't tell them. He said, that is impossible...why wouldn't they tell me? (This is all yelling from him). I told him I would never come here again because of the way he treated me. He said, don't ever come here again and get the fuck out. This is not the way to treat customers. I was simply making him aware and for him to get rude the way he did is unacceptable. I got the Natural sandwich and I only ate half and I am content and full. It is filled with avacado, sprout, carrots, cucumbers and Swiss along with American cheese. It is definitely a green machine sandwich and I loved it with the brown sweet bread he suggested because it was buttery. It made the avacado creamier and it was filling.
