Large selection of products and knowledgeable associates asked about what I was looking for and what would work best for me. The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. He provided a quote in a very timely manner and we scheduled the date! They assigned a two man team who showed up promptly on time each morning. The installers were amazing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I know I said it a lot but I really love the excellent job you did! I am so happy with the outcome. I love my floors and give OC Hardwood the highest praise possible!!! My neighbors and friends love the floors and I'm glad I grabbed a couple of business cards because they've been given away to interested parties! My two favorite comments.... What kind of wood is this? LVP!! This looks like House and Gardens TV! My previous cat had passed away November 2025 and I knew I wanted to have the flooring redone before adopting another. They finished on a Friday afternoon and I was able to adopt a rescue cat 2 days later. I do recommend boarding any pets as the work would be quite frightening to them. This was a big deal for me... I am extremely picky and felt such confidence in F and L as consummate professionals as the work progressed. Thank you OC Hardwood! You made my flooring dream come true!!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and feel absolutely horrified at the way this owner conducts…read morebusiness. On 11/1/2025, while I was attempting to purchase flooring at this establishment, a fight broke out. The owner abruptly left me mid-transaction to go outside and physically separate two individuals -- both of whom he appeared to know personally, as he repeatedly called them by name. During the altercation, one of the individuals pulled a wooden plank from the trash bin on the property and attacked the other person. The fight occurred right beside my vehicle, which ended up damaged as a result. The owner was present the entire time. When police arrived, the owner denied knowing the individuals' names (despite addressing them earlier) and also claimed that his business had no working surveillance cameras. Not once did he offer an apology or even ask if I was safe after the incident. This experience was both unsafe and unprofessional. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this business -- it is not a safe environment and demonstrates a serious lack of accountability or concern for customers.

There's a variety of things to choose from whether it's replacing your floors (wood, tile, lenonium...) to fixing a bathroom (replacing a broken tile or just doing a revamp). They sell by the case but also if there's an open box can sell by piece. I believe the purchase by pieces are final sale, but don't quote me on that. By observation and also by experience the managers and employees are helpful and nice. Today I had a pick up and need to buy more tiles. Ashley was super friendly. She greeted me as soon as I came in the store! And she was apologetic that I had to wait, for my additonal purchase but I didn't mind. They had a little bit of a rush at the register. Zayden "Zay" is also a nice employee, he's the one that gathered the new set of limestone tiles out. I learned something everytime we've come here. Last time,a female employee helped us out with limestone tiles. I learned that the shade, caliber, and grade of tiles should all be the same on a box so that the tiles can match more. Otherwise if you get the same tile with two different shades and grades it's gonna look off and funky. Only thing is, I can't find an employee. It would be helpful if there was help buttons all around the store. That would be my only recommendation.
