If you only know them for Pliny or Blind Big, you're missing out. The range of beers and unique flavors is excellent. Take your time and enjoy it all. I heard they release a new beer every 1-2 weeks, which keeps the tap list fresh. They have chips and candy available for snacks, and they have a variety of revolving food trucks that they host.
