For many of us, this was our first time in Miami, so it was the perfect way to explore the area while still staying close to our resort. The scavenger hunt struck a great balance between sightseeing and team building, allowing us to experience iconic South Beach landmarks along with some fun hidden gems we may not have discovered on our own like the crowns & keys statue The activity was fun, interactive, and thoughtfully designed to encourage collaboration rather than competition. Since it wasn't really a race, we were able to really take in the atmosphere of South Beach, enjoy the local charm, and connect with our teammates along the way. The challenges and riddles were engaging and sparked a lot of laughter, problem-solving, and genuine teamwork. What truly made the experience stand out was Casey and the team. Their high energy, enthusiasm, and positive vibe kept everyone engaged and excited from start to finish. They made the entire experience feel seamless, welcoming, and memorable. Overall, this scavenger hunt created a strong sense of connection within our team while giving us a unique and enjoyable way to experience Miami. I would highly recommend it to any group looking for a fun, high-energy, and meaningful team-building activity--especially if it's your first time in the city!

We have been coming to Miami for over 2 decades, and have used this company with great experiences…read more But why the 1 star today? The location on 7th St is beyond acceptable. The young lady at the booth diced words to make the transition happen - short staff, short product /day bed cover, short attitude. Killed the expectations from Boucher Brothers. I must add - it is the first time I am using this location and the last smh.

This is regarding the Boucher Brothers location on 21st street on Miami Beach. I have tried calling…read moreyour customer service number about the situation that happened to me today but I was told the person I needed to speak to was in a meeting but never called me back. Today, I went to the Boucher Brothers on 21st street, I was not staying at the hotel so I paid the price it was to purchase a chair, umbrella and towel. I asked for 2 towels because it was my mom and I but the manager (Samuel) said I could not have another towel because I only purchased 1 chair, so I asked if I could purchase a towel and he still said no, I was not allowed. Apparently one of the employees did not understand that the manager( Samuel) said I could not have a towel and I thought he said I could and proceeded to give me the 2nd towel but then the manager started yelling at him saying I just told you not to give them a towel if you do that again I will send you home. Don't do that again, I told you not to. I understood that he could not give me another towel even though I let him know it was silly but never asked the other employee to give me the 2nd towel behind the managers back. I didn't like how Samuel spoke to the other employee but I didn't say anything. So we leave to go sit down and my mom realized we were not given a receipt, so I walk back, I wait behind this other woman who he (Samuel, the "manager") is speaking completely different than the one he was talking to my mom and I, and when I get up to the front he (Samuel) does not even say hello. I let him know that he did not give me my receipt. I also let him know how disrespectful and unprofessional he was to be speaking so poorly and rudely to his employees in front of customers and just in general. He (Samuel) told me to not tell him how to run his business and that I was trying to get his employee to give me a free towel, which was not true, his employee just misunderstood him. Samuel was twisting the story to make it seem like this is all my fault, yelling at me about how I shouldn't be telling him how to run his business, saying he owned Boucher brothers and that he used to be a high school teacher and he knows what he's doing and I need to leave. The customer service from him was one of the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. The fact that Boucher Brothers could hire someone who lacks disrespect to his employees and to customers is uncalled for. People people lots of money to travel to Miami and to relax, not to be spoken to the way Samuel did to me. The employees there come from different countries to make a better living for themselves and have to be treated poorly by someone who does not deserve to be in the service industry or in a managerial position. Samuels poor character and bad attitude and lack of respect will take this business to the ground.

It seemed like a way to "cop out" of putting up the 20+ unique obstacles. Instead, we had 16 or so obstacles and had to re-do a few of them. - Missed obstacles like Arctic Enema. It felt like we had all the janky obstacles for the first 90% of the run. All of the fun ones were saved for the 2nd loop and stuffed into the last 1-2 miles (i.e., blockness monster, happy ending, funky monkey, etc.). Really disappointed in the layout. - Like the other reviewer mentioned, there was... No. Mud. Perhaps that's a fault of SoFlo since our dirt at this park was more like sand... but it felt like I was at a beach moreso than going through an actual mud run. Absolutely no mud. - No premium parking. In the past, I've always been happy to pay the $25 or whatever to park closer to the venue. In this instance, it was $20/vehicle, and premium parking didn't exist. Not only that, but it took over 30 minutes to park... This isn't Disney, folks! - Photographers... were placed SO badly! There was one that was just randomly placed in a field. WHY? Put him by an obstacle! There was no one by Berlin Walls; no one by Hero Carry; no one by Funky Monkey... It's fun getting to see the photo documentation of you championing the obstacles, but not this time. - Ran out of Small tech t-shirts... followed quickly by the Mediums. I have no idea what's going on with TM this year. :/ First time I've been to an event that ran out of Ts. + Only pro is the community. Still great camaraderie; everyone is always willing to help out others up and over obstacles, etc. Overall, just super disappointed. I think this will be my last Tough Mudder. In the future, I'll probably be looking for other mud runs. :(
