We found Jeff by looking on Yelp and dropped the TV off. We waited a little while for the part to come in, but that was completely out of his control and he let us know when we dropped it off that there was a long turn around time for this part. This past January battery decided to visit battery-Valhalla and I was up the creek until someone gave me a jump. I went straight to Battery World, left the car running, and pulled into their shop when it was my turn. They pulled the old battery (after testing it to make sure it was indeed dead) and put in a new one and I was on my way in 10 minutes. All this for ~$100. Nice.
