It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try.

If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, meticulous and kind, I highly recommend Prisca in particular. She's genuinely wonderful to talk to and always takes the time to ask if there's anything special we'd like done that week, which makes the whole experience feel very personalized and thoughtful. Her energy always brightens my day and we look forward to seeing her every time she comes. We've worked with a couple other people, like Adriane, who are just as amazing! I utilized the Yelp projects feature to select a cleaning service for an apartment move out and…read morereceived a timely response from Lyly's Housekeeping. I was pleased with the amount of communication and ease of scheduling. The two cleaners that showed up did an amazing job. The reason for only three stars was the following... Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.

She also offered to refund part of the organization fee since I decided to only do the kitchen. I really appreciate her willingness to clarify and make things right. Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. I would still recommend her to anyone looking for a deep, high-quality clean.

She's courteous of mine and my house's needs in more ways than I can count. When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. I found Dirt Divas on facebook through a friend, and for months had been wanting to hire someone to…read moreclean my house. I was hesitant because I've never used a cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect or if the prices would be worth it (or what the general prices even were). I called to get a quote and was told about a special they had for $150 for 3 hours and up to 5 bedrooms (I only have 3), and you get to choose a couple areas for them to focus more attention on. Originally I had only wanted the living/dining room, kitchen and guest bathroom cleaned, but to be honest my bedrooms needed to be cleaned too, so I agreed to that deal. I run a daycare in my home, so they came over after nap time at 2:30 pm. The night before I had tidied up the rooms so they wouldn't have to waste time moving tons of junk around to get to the surfaces that needed to be cleaned (though there was still plenty of junk on the kitchen counter since I use it a lot throughout the day, but they just moved it around to clean under everything). Two people cleaned my house using their own supplies and natural cleaning products (vinegar was one, though they said if I wanted anything heavy duty or to be bleached, etc, they could do that too). I told them I wanted the focus to be on the kitchen and bathrooms, and the other rooms just dusted and vacuumed. And that's exactly what they did in the time allotted, so I am a happy camper! If I could do one thing over, it would be to ask if the furniture dusted could have also been wiped down either with Pledge, or with a wet wipe of some sort because my furniture was pretty dirty to begin with, so dusting alone wasn't enough. I'm sure they would have done that had I thought of it beforehand or noticed it sooner, but hey this was my first time and I didn't know what to ask for. They did ask me about one table, it had incense dust all over it, so they asked if I want that cleaned off or just dusted, and I said cleaned off. So clearly they were flexible and trying to follow my instructions/wishes. Also, before the cleaning started they went over exactly what areas in the kitchen were important (for example, I didn't need the insides of the appliances cleaned). I was told they do dishes and laundry too, so I am passing their name on to my friends and family. I will definitely use them again when my house gets out of control and I just want the whole thing caught up on. I am considering using them once a week for the kitchen, bathroom and floors, because those are the things I'm the worst at keeping up with.

A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day.
