We did everything he asked and they was happy about it. The first visit he was professional and called us to let us know he was running late. The second visit we had to call them to see what was going on, and they rescheduled for the week following. When they didnt show up for the scheduled time for the reschedule we called and claimed it was set for a different time than it was supposed to be. Fine whatever, after that visit we had to call for the third visit because we still have bugs. this time today even though we had wrote down the scheduled time on the calendar again the lady claimed it was scheduled for a different time. ( how sad ) Now after this visit ( we are waiting for them now they were supposed to be here thirty minutes ago) We will ask the bug guy in person to go ahead and schedule the forth because I know that it isnt going to work. Ill let him watch me write it down and we will see where it goes. I swear they are spraying water because it isn't doing anything it should be. The only time they gave us a courtesy call the first time is because that when they get paid. Would not recommend this place to anyone. it was a waste of money.

I then gave him the square footage of our house and based on that he gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost. He said he would let the office know we are interested in the service and they would contact us within the next day or two. That never happened. I waited a week and I contacted them. They said they would set up a technician in a couple of weeks to come out. He came out and inspected our house and wrote up a quote. I agreed on the price and he said they will call to have a technician come out and apply the pesticide. We never heard back for weeks and once again they did finally come out a few weeks after that. Once he completed his (Josh) job, I made out a check to the company. Six weeks later I get an invoice indicating that we owe them for the service. WHAT THE HELL!! Apparently the technician lost the check and the office did not receive it so through all the BS we have gone through now we have to cancel the check. The only accomodation they are going to give us is credit for the cancelled check for $35.00 which that is what the bank charged us. Nothing else. Nothing for the stress or headache we experienced through this whole nightmarish ordeal!!!!!! The office manager was very appoligetic but also continued to talk about how good of any employee this Josh technician is even though he lost our check. The office manager Amber never offered us any kind of compensation for our stress of them loosing our check. She said it was not up to her to do anything for us. Needless to say we WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! INCOMPETENT _ _ _ holes!! Maybe this employee Josh will loose more customers checks and eventially get FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service did nothing for the spiders though, and after two years, anything I set outside still gets covered in cobwebs within two days. Now, I don't know if they changed their formula or what, but the hornets are back in numbers, and I'm forced to buy store spray to kill them. No sense in paying for both, and since Orkin was costing me over $1000 a year, I called to cancel. Instead of cancelling me, they promised to contact me with a more affordable plan. Their ACTUAL response? Crickets chirping! So I called again, this time insisting they cancel my service, and the operator I talked to said she did cancel it. Well guess what when I checked my bank balance today... sure enough, they charged me almost $60 AFTER I was told my account was cancelled! Now I have to go through the nightmare of having that $60 returned to me. I thought Orkin was a "trusted name" in exterminators, so I'm very disappointed with them and their shady stalling tactics...
