Paid 850.00 for bed bug treatments last November with a guarantee they would come back and continue treatments until the issue was resolved. When I started they claimed it would not take more than 3 additional treatments. 7 treatments later I still have bed bugs and they refuse to continue trying. Absolute garbage company. EDIT: After speaking with them a bit they determined they would come back and try again. The owner himself came and did a tremendous, thorough job. Very grateful for this change of heart. This company is not locally owned any longer and has sold out to a Holding company from Britian. They have been unable to keep employees, and we got a new tech just about every 3 months. They increased our rates and lessened the service provided. We used this company for many years when the Clowers owned and operated it, but now they have a group of children running the business. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SERVICE. The last service we scheduled was cancelled and we were not notified that it had been cancelled either by the tech or the company itself. read more

0 stars if possible... We hired them to rid our house of bats that were roosting in the attic gable and undrr some siding. They said they would rid the home of these bats and hey charged $1500 up front(should've been a red flag). The money was to cover sealing up our house to keep the bats out. They did run the bats out of 2 spots, but the bats immediately roosted under other loose boards. I told them of this and they said wait until the bats are gone and for ME to nail the loose boards. I had paid them a considerable amount to rid the house of bats completely, not just in 2 places and for only one night. I nailed up the boards and sealed another spot with liquid foam where the bats had moved to. Then they started roosting in another spot. I asked "Advanced Pest Control" to finish the job and they said they would charge us more if they came back out. Said that they're not responsible for where the bats go after they did that one little thing. This is the equivalent of hiring someone to treat a house for termites and they just come out and spray one little clutch on a corner of the house whey they started, only running them to the other parts of the building. I could've done the little bit of "work they did for a lot less than $1500. If I'd known I was going to have to do the majority of it all myself I would've just done it all to start with. Beware of this company that charges up front then doesn't follow through and back up their "work", which really wasn't much to it. I was a fool to have paid for work that hadn't been done yet. Make them do their job and earn their money just like you have to do. They'll have some refuting comment but I have absolutely no reason to make this up and they have every reason to deny it. read more

They damaged the custom porcelain tiles I had installed over my concrete front porch by drilling between the tiles for holes to inject the termite treatment, badly chipping the expensive tiles, then filling the holes with a gummy plug substance. The cosmetic entrance was to my home in a gated, private community, an upscale neighborhood. If I lived in a single-wide trailer in the country it might not be such a problem. However, we, and our neighbors, take great pride in the condition and appearance of our homes!!! The problem could have been simply avoided by using a slightly thinner drill bit to go between the tiles into the grout. When I complained, I was told it couldn't be avoided, and that I should "put a rug over the damaged areas!" No offer was made to replace, or reimburse me for replacing the damaged tiles. Replacing the damaged tiles would have cost me several hundred dollars in cost for materials and craftsman hours, as these expensive tiles would have to be custom cut, and properly installed for full exposure outdoor conditions replacement. They also did not restore the drill sites around the house when they injected the termite poison. I had to fill several of the hole drill sites, and replace the rock ground cover to restore the site's original condition and cosmetic appearance. Finally they had a man come out and paint over chipped areas on the damaged tiles. They did not offer a discount, refund, to replace or financially reimburse me for the expensive damaged tiles. For perspective, the damaged areas were roughly one inch in diameter. A total of 13 tiles were damaged. Their inattention to avoiding damage, failure to clean up the hole drilling sites, and unbelievable indifferent response to my complaint regarding the permanent, expensive tile damage at my front door, does not permit me to recommend this company. read more
