Often times they forget to show up to work. Either they forgot the appointment or shows up tardy with a lot of excuses. They have poor work ethic. I am very disappointed with the services I received. I don't want them to come back, not again.

Aaron was wonderful to work with because he listened, was responsive and he cared about what I wanted. He worked directly with my insurance company to ensure that I was reimbursed for my upgraded shingles and all of the other things you don't know to ask about as a typical consumer. Now, I have a beautiful new roof. I vetted 8 roofing contractors (I'm an ICU RN BSN nurse) before choosing Aaron. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Aaron, for all of your hard work on my behalf and thank you to your neat and professional crew! Scheduling an appointment is always easy, and they can usually get us on the schedule within a week. Our service technician, Travis Baker, was prompt in letting us know when he would arrive. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home, even putting booties over his work boots, although I told him it wasn't necessary. After completing the service, Travis thoroughly explained everything he had done, pointed out a few items that may need attention in the near future, and provided pricing along with information about available upgrade options--without any pressure. I also appreciate that Paschal sends a photo of your technician before they arrive, which adds an extra level of security and peace of mind. I highly recommend both Travis Baker and Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric for their outstanding service, professionalism, and fair pricing. They have earned my rating!

And he was so nice, too. We've signed up for routine maintenance on our units at a very reasonable cost (we tried to set that up with other companies but they always forgot us!). Paschal will be our go-to from this time forward. I'll just add that this type of customer service is simply not found often. Thank you, Tyler & Paschal!!
