When I started they claimed it would not take more than 3 additional treatments. 7 treatments later I still have bed bugs and they refuse to continue trying. Absolute garbage company. They increased our rates and lessened the service provided. We used this company for many years when the Clowers owned and operated it, but now they have a group of children running the business.
