Don't know where to begin. Well they service my employer, so when I escorted him in our building…read moreI asked him for a business card. I then gave him the square footage of our house and based on that he gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost. He said he would let the office know we are interested in the service and they would contact us within the next day or two. That never happened. I waited a week and I contacted them. They said they would set up a technician in a couple of weeks to come out. He came out and inspected our house and wrote up a quote. I agreed on the price and he said they will call to have a technician come out and apply the pesticide. We never heard back for weeks and once again they did finally come out a few weeks after that. Once he completed his (Josh) job, I made out a check to the company. Six weeks later I get an invoice indicating that we owe them for the service. WHAT THE HELL!! Apparently the technician lost the check and the office did not receive it so through all the BS we have gone through now we have to cancel the check. The only accomodation they are going to give us is credit for the cancelled check for $35.00 which that is what the bank charged us. Nothing else. Nothing for the stress or headache we experienced through this whole nightmarish ordeal!!!!!! The office manager was very appoligetic but also continued to talk about how good of any employee this Josh technician is even though he lost our check. The office manager Amber never offered us any kind of compensation for our stress of them loosing our check. She said it was not up to her to do anything for us. Needless to say we WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! INCOMPETENT _ _ _ holes!! Maybe this employee Josh will loose more customers checks and eventially get FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soon to be Dually Licensed Home Inspector & Real Estate Agent... Exciting News: Expanding My Role in Real Estate—With Integrity at the Core After 8 years of serving clients as a licensed home inspector, I’m proud to share that I’m in the final stages of becoming a licensed real estate agent. This next step isn’t just a career move—it’s a natural extension of my mission to empower buyers and sellers with clarity, confidence, and technical excellence. I’ll continue offering home inspections with the same rigor and transparency that have defined my practice. But I want to be absolutely clear: I will never serve as both inspector and agent in the same transaction. That’s not just a legal boundary—it’s an ethical one. My commitment to objectivity and client trust means I draw a firm line between these roles. This dual perspective allows me to better educate clients, anticipate issues, and advocate for smarter decisions—whether I’m inspecting a property or guiding someone through a purchase or sale. It’s about raising the bar, not blurring the lines. If you’re looking for a real estate professional who understands homes from the inside out—or an inspector who sees beyond the checklist—I’d love to connect. Thanks to everyone who’s supported this journey. The best is yet to come. If you are buying, selling, or relocating in the Hot Springs Area; call me!
