YEP...sent refund both federal & state sent to OLD DECEASED person's address. NOW, I get to try to reach a "REAL' person to get the refund. This is something that didn't need to be happening. I have to say that the Dept. Of Health is less busy thus less stressful. It only took us about 5 minutes to get things done. Each copy was $21.00. Bring cash or a check because they do not take debit or credit. There is a parking lot right behind the building. You can easily park here for a fee of coarse and you can walk right into the building from there. The Health Dept. Offers many services which I am not entirely aware of. I did however as a student get a TB chest X-Ray to clear me to work with the child development department at Fresno City College. It was not expensive because I was a student at the time.

There was a nice guard inside the door, who directed us to the new Hall of Records, which was fortunately very close by. So close that we could walk and leave our car at the parking meter we'd just fed. The Department of Health is on Fulton and the Hall of Records (Recorder's Office) is on Van Ness. (1250 Van Ness is what you're looking for if you're two or older).
