The ground beef taco salad I got was very reasonably priced at $16, the portion size was very large, and it tasted pretty decent especially if you keep in mind it's airport food. There is plenty of seating in there including booths with charging ports even though it looks super gloomy and outdated. I will say the service could be a bit better which is the reason for taking a star. The bartender/waitress was very snappy and rude but overall was efficient in getting our order in and getting our food out.

I spent a few hours here, drinking and eating Indian food from the place next door and observing. The two co-managers treat this establishment like their child. They know many of the patrons by name. People fly in, come here for a drink on their way to other places, and ... catch up with each other. This is the kind of bar I'd want to drink at every Friday night, if I were to go drinking on Friday nights, as opposed to a random Wednesday. They have an open mic, Friday night bands and karaoke apparently (I wasn't there for this, its Wednesday), but the absolute home feeling of this place is memorable. I'll be back.

I visited here on a Thursday night with a friend of mine. The concept of the bar seemed really cool…read moreso I was excited to check it out. I unfortunately didn't have the chance to check out the speakeasy portion of the bar but maybe next time. There are plenty of games like jenga, cornhole, basketball, skee ball, the game where you throw a ball to hit the clowns down, a huge slide (see pictures), and more. They also had a DJ playing music while I was there and it looked like they do live music there too based off the stage. You can spend a lot of time here. The drinks were pretty good. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but not too bad. They have quite a few beers on tap if beer is your thing. The service was a lot quicker than I thought it would be considering how busy it was. The three bartenders working at the time were quick and friendly. The bar is also smoke friendly if that's is something that matters to you. They have a very large parking lot. Even though the bar was busy when I visited, there were plenty of parking spots.

I was told about the Daquiri Oasis by one of our friends. He always raves about the "cheap drinks."…read moreThis review is only for the Daquiri Oasis, not the Smokers Outlet. Today they brought me home a Large Margarita with an extra 2 shots. Yowza. Maybe I'm just a light weight but that was strong. Maybe for my first experience, I shouldn't have added extra shots. Maybe I should have had a small or medium. I nursed that for hours and it's in the fridge and I'll finish it tomorrow. (I guess I'm a wuss.) I looked at their website to decide what I wanted. There are tons of options but the confusing part is that there are unique names but no descriptions of what the drink will taste like. For instance "Wet Dream: Think of a calm, smooth beach." Hmmmm, ok? "Vulcan Mind Melt: Goes straight to the brain." Alright? How about "Pink Gator: Gatorlicious." No idea what many of these would even be like. That's why I went with something fairly common, an original margarita. I'm usually more of an "on the rocks" girl but this was a tasty drink. It didn't seem overly sweet. It wasn't neon green like the super fake margaritas. Not sure how it's made but it was good. Cost-wise: smalls are $3.49, mediums $4.99 and larges $6.39. Extra shots $1.00. Super reasonable. I guess you can grab beer at this place as well. I've actually never seen a drive-thru "bar" before. Like, they put a piece of tape across the top of the drink but it still shocks me that places like this are legal. So the tape allows you to drive around with it? If the tape is off, it would be considered an open container? Or isn't that a law in Texas? I don't know, regardless... I'd definitely return.
