It could have been removed at anytime because it wasn't a permanent structure contrary to Cal. We were also told by Cal in his email that we were denied because the structure didn't fit the aesthetically of the community while others are allowed to put up party and camping tents, with no problems. We are so disappointed and disheartened by these recent actions.
