Once it was installed the top door of the tower was warped so I contacted the manager Tan and explained my situation. He went over and above to fix the problem. It took much longer than anticipated to finally get it replaced but it was through no fault of his, he was determined to have a satisfi customer. It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would definitely recommend bath depot London. Hayley Pickett

That is to say if one wanted to spend their entire life only in this neighbourhood they just might be able to pull it off. For the most part. Tuckey's is clearly an essential part of that. When so many other smaller hardware stores have closed this one just recently expanded. I don't visit too often but Saturday mornings often find me in Old South and at least a few times a year I make it into Tuckey's - including this past weekend. I cannot remember a time when they ever didn't have what I was looking for. That being said, I suspect their prices are slightly higher than the big box stores and the selection is clearly smaller. They have one or two options for each item - not twenty or thirty. I honestly don't mind spending an extra buck or two and most the items I'm looking for are relatively small items. Of course, in any Home Hardware carries it they will apparently have it shipped their for you. All that being said, the staff here are super friendly and it has a real friendly vibe. Staff are talking to each other, chatting with customers who are chatting with each other. It's great. They have a garden centre when the season is right and lots of stuff out on the sidewalk to catch the interest of the many people walking by. In closing, they're ideally located with in the heart of Old South and I hope they always be. I'll make a point to continue shopping there whenever I am in the area to ensure that happens.

Spoke with very friendly and helpful fellow named Andrew. He knew what I needed and had it in stock. Explained it was "aftermarket" which came as no surprise to me since Dyson has completely absolved itself of any ĺcustomer responsibility on a vacuum that cost over $600 when purchased a few years ago! No more Dysons for us and would highly recommend McCardy Vacuums. Received the parts today (only 2 days after ordering) and they fit perfectly. Thank you Andrew. Dyson could certainly learn a thing or two about how to treat customers from you. NOTE: (Edit) I am not "Jack B" from San Francisco. I am Jack B but I live in Barrie, Ontario, Canada!!!
