They have a vibe there I haven't felt in a store before, the perfect mix of people and I am so happy to support Home Hardware by shopping there. The seasonal and gift shopping there is phenomenal and there's many special finds there that you wouldn't find else where. i personally won't go anywhere else, they appreciate you and your business, they show that in so many ways! thanks home hardware! Sincerely , Janine and her Chihuahua's P.s, they even have treats for your dogs!

Worst experience ever. I went in to order a counter top ,the staff is not trained or doesn't care…read moreabout customer service. They changed the delivery date and up charged on top of the price I was quoted . Then it wasn't right . We ordered a one piece L shaped to install our self. So the sales person told her manager that we were getting a installer to put it in so she didn't get into trouble. Everything they sell is more expensive than any other hardware store you can go to. I suggest Rona . Because everything is cheaper the staff is educated on the product they sell . Never again will I shop at home hardware.
