It took a long time just to get a women's fitting room, and when we asked for help with boots and sizing, we were basically told that whatever was out was all they had. I also needed help finding boots that would work for wider calves, but we weren't given many options or much assistance. My husband was already pretty frustrated with the service at that point. Thankfully, we came across the manager, Steven, and he completely turned our experience around! He took the time to help me find the right size boots and helped with my wide-calf concerns. He also helped my husband get properly fitted for a hat. What started as a frustrating experience ended up being a great one because of Steven. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Steven is the reason we left happy and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service!

She took all my stuff to the counter, and usually, the person who helped likes to write down the invoice so they know what customers' needs were. When I went to the counter, there was this gentleman. I am sure the owner greeted me and started questions like is this my first visit, where I am from etc., now. Macy's or target will not ask you for personal things, so enjoy might it last. My sales lady was standing next to him packing the stuff. After a long conversation, I held the bag and rushed out because I got late for the second appointment. I came home and checked. I was charged a completely unknown amount (no price tag items), and no discount was provided from the sales personas promised. Yes, it's my fault. I should have checked my receipt before leaving the store, so I called them and asked for the same person who could help me. So I asked her what happend? She replied I didn't say anything, so she charged me full prices. I wondered what was the total cost since there were no price tags? So here is the Red Flag.
