I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).

Every associate was very friendly and greeted me warmly and eagerly. They were very informative as they showed me the newest drops and colors. Good deals to be found if you take a few minutes to look. Seems like high quality and my wife was happy with her purchase. They took great care to wrap it nicely to protect the item. Smells nice too! While it's a great store it was pretty difficult to get help or assistance from store associates. I'm assuming there weren't enough workers on schedule at the moment or the store was too big to keep track of customers in need of help. They offer the shoes that are carried in your regular department stores. This place was Clean and Organized, no paper on the floor or overrun trash cans. The colors were vibrant with plenty of lights. The walls were labeled in sections to prevent confusion. The staff were very engaging and courteous. Way above and beyond on the customer service, and even though we were disappointed that the computer inventory system let us astray, the employees deserve props for the wonderful customer service they provided to us. Third- the tall black young man at Starbucks wouldn't stop mumbling behind the blonde girl's back. I don't know if it was threats or he was on his phone (he had an AirPod in his ear), but it definitely made me uncomfortable, not only for myself, but for her as well. Fourth- the short blonde woman who was pushing an employee cart was incredibly rude. I asked where to find a product, and she just replied in a very rude manner "it's over there" and vaguely pointed in the direction I had just come from. Sara(h?) needs to be retrained on how to handle customers!
