Mr. Tennock installed our chair in a few hours and spent considerable time explaining and demonstrating its use. Ross is knowledgeable and professional. He came and checked our chair within the first week to be sure everything was working well. We highly recommend Ross to anyone considering the purchase of a chairlift. Thanks again, Ross!
