And the price it cost me to store my belongings was the best price I could fine. Plus having the insurance makes me feel better about leaving my stuff there. Where if something happens to the content of my unit, I could replace those things. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, I just wish that since it is secure entry that it would be 24 hour access not just from 6 am to 10 pm. And a after office hours washroom would be nice, but understandily they only have washrooms in the office.

Last week my boyfriend and I made the epic journey to move from London to Windsor and we needed to…read morerent a truck that had several drop of locations within different cities; so U-Haul it was. My boyfriend made the arrangements online for the pickup at this location for 8:00am, and when we got there, the process of getting the keys for the truck were pretty good. The person who serviced us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend drove the truck back to our place, he said it was an older truck with a lot of miles on it, but the ride from London to Windsor was okay. When you return the truck, you have to make sure you put the same amount of gas in with when you left. The truck has a 24 hour return from when you rented it, depends on how long you need it for. So we returned it that night at a drop of location in London. Good services, and we will be renting another U-Haul in Windsor to complete our move into our new house soon. U-Haul, also being a storage facility also has a bunch of supplies for moving, like boxes, bubble wrap and mattress covers. Good experience with this location. Thank you for helping us move cities!

They refuse to accept cash, even though cash is legal tender. I do not understand how a company…read morecan justify refusing a legitimate form of payment. I was told that cash is accepted for monthly storage payments but not for accessories. This policy makes no sense: If the company accepts cash for one type of purchase, it should be willing to accept it for all purchases. Refusing cash is unnecessarily restrictive and lazy and, in my view, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to providing even a basic level of customer service.

When I didn't close my padlock properly one day, they called me the next morning that they noticed it while doing there rounds so I ended up not getting anything stolen. The place is well lit after dark and the security seems reasonable. I found there was a little leaking of water when it rained, but it was not in a spot that caused me problems, and I am confident that if I talk to them about it that they will work something out, as they seem very responsive and quick to get problems solved. There is no issue that I wouldn't expect with any storage, and far less actually. Also didn't feel pressured to buy their expensive (though very high quality looking ) padlocks. They let me use what I already had and even told me where I could alternatively get one when I explained I needed another but couldn't afford the pro-quality lock for storing non-valuable items. I have no expectation that my 5/5 stars is a rating I will regret giving.

I own a 24 unit apartment building in Middlesex County. Last spring I became disconcerted with the…read morecompany that supplied the dumpster for the property. Their cost had risen to almost $600 monthly (plus a fuel surcharge that changed monthly based on the cost of gasoline - charge was added during the pandemic) over a 22 year relationship and not one person ever contacted me from the company. I did some shopping online and spoke to a couple companies that caught my eye. Miller Waste Inc. was my choice based on the customer service experience I had with the gentleman that became my account manager. Even prior to signing up with Miller Waste, he gave me some valuable advice to help me untangle the web that the former dumpster company tried to pin me into. My contract with Miller was tailored to the needs of the tenants and, on the occasion that I've made a change to bin size or pick up frequency, my requests have been done expeditiously and accurately. I also need to mention that my expectations have been exceeded and I am now paying ONE FIFTH the cost of my previous bin supplier. Don't hesitate to switch to Miller Waste Inc.
