We were trying to get back to Detroit after delivering a boat for the Port Huron - Mackinac race and couldn't get Uber or Lyft to respond. Called City Cab and April, the dispatcher was super helpful. I needed a ride from Detroit Metro Airport to Port Huron area at 2 am. Called several competitors and left messages for 3 days to make advance reservations and not a one answered their phones or called or texted me back. Then I called City Cab-Limousine first call quickly answered by a pleasant dispatcher who took my info and instantly connected me to Randy the driver for that route. We were all set within a few minutes. I liked his eye to details and efficiency. Randy was good to his word, was not only waiting where he said he'd be but also very alert as to the people entering that area. He saw me quite a distance off and came right over and introduced himself. Impressive first look, all professional, courteous, respectful, dressed in a black executive business suit. Helped my Skycap escort with my bags, walker, and me in wheelchair to limo. I was at ease with his driving and had pleasant convo for the long ride right to the door of my destination. So pleased to know the return trip would be pleasant as well. He arrived on time for return to airport at 2:30 am another relaxed trip. Loved it! Felt like family. HORRIBLE COMPANY-Warning, do not use this company. I booked a ride from port huron over the blue water bridge to Sarnia the day before. After not showing up at the time scheduled I called and they could not be more rude stating they didn't have a driver and hung up on me. Incompetent company failed to pick me up 3 times. Complete failures at their job and their customer service hung up on me twice.

do not know where to begin, horrible experience, booked city cab for a wedding,they clean the bus with either pledge or armor all, which makes the seats and floors very slippery, had randy as a driver, he was a very aggressive driver throwing us around the bus driving fast and hard, randy did not get out of seat to assist in boarding or unboarding, when we arrived back to the hotel at the end of the night my daughter fell down the stairs that were very slippery on her back, and randy did not assist in picking her since he was still sitting in his seat, by the time he did get out of his seat and walk around the shuttle my husband and her boyfriend had already picked her up and was carrying inside the building, then randy left right away to go back to hall to pick up another group, this time it was the wedding party, again drove back to hotel aggressively, again not helping with loading or unloading, again another guest fell out of the shuttle down the steps onto his back, again no help in assisting to get him up, we have called several times to talk to dennis, leaving messages with gary to no returned calls, absolutely not a way to run a business, both people have back issues now read more
