Coffee/food was okay, service was great! We were here with our family waiting for a family member to get done in surgery and it is a great place to hang out if you don't want to be at the hospital the whole time. The coffee was just average and I personally like the Starbucks that is a couple blocks over for the coffee. The food was also okay. A couple of our sandwiches that were warmed up were still freezing cold in the middle. It was just gross. However, the service was very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. read more

I went to this establishment to order a iced coffee. The drive through was packed so I went inside to placed an order. However, I wish that the would staff would of told customers ordering that there was a BIG order a head of the walk-in customers so that it was going to be about 10-20 minutes before getting a drink. I would of came back later or had time to go somewhere else. I waited over 15 minutes only to watch the drive through cars get there order smoothly and quickly, wishing that I should just did a drive through because the last car that was in line when I pulled in got there coffee and I was still waiting only to watch 4 more cars go through the drive through. They were not short staff however apparently very disorganized. I ended up letting a staff member know that I can now longer wait for my drink that I paid and tip for or I was going to late to my appointment. She apologized and gave me 2 coupons for 1/2 off my next drink however I am only here on businesses so they are no good for me. Extremely Disappointed because I have only heard good things about this coffee shop! I did email them only to get a response from saying "Hello Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your visit! I am incredibly sorry to hear about the long wait. I have followed up with our team regarding this issue and to ensure that we are serving both the drive-through customers and cafe customers efficiently. We appreciate your feedback, and hope to see you again in the future!" Whichever was not the case or I wouldn't be writing this! Extremely disappointed in my all around experience with this place. They are very clean and have a very nice atmosphere inside with several seating options. There is also a drive thru option. I wish it were closer to downtown. The service was great and my hot chocolate was good. Their "aesthetic" is very similar to Starbucks. They also have food options. read more

My husband and I went through the drive up and I ordered an Americano and he ordered a cappuccino. His Cappuccino was only 1/2 full with coffee and the rest was foam! My Americano was scalding hot and the lid came off and spilled on me burning my thumb.. I couldn't drink it because it was so hot!! I explained to the gal that it was to hot and to full. Very Starbucks like. Nice layout. Lots of windows very bright. Tea is very hot. Folks behind the counter were nice enough to ask if I wanted an ice cube added to it?!?! Wow..never had that asked of me before...very cool of them! Close to the airport so good place to stop before you head out. read more

Normally I like City Brew, however I went to the one on 27th street last night on my way work and I got the worst coffee ever. I normally order a White Chocolate Peppermint Latte with a single shot, it must have had about 3 shots in it and no peppermint. I didn't have time to go back once I tasted it so I called and the girl that answered was very rude and said "you should have come back right away" then hung up on me. I will continue going to the one on Grand they are wonderful and make great coffee!!! read more

Super friendly! Everyone said hi when I came in and everyone was so pleasant. Iced Coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was delicious.

Everyone is very friendly but I just don't like the coffee from here even the lattes and mochas are not good. and it is always a very very very long wait. Also i'm not sure why they always give me straws with my coffee but every time I ask them for a stopper they look at me like i'm crazy lol. read more

We came in here in the afternoon to pick up a brewed coffee. No brewed coffee, so I had to wait for that. Wanted to add half and half, but no out of that as well. I wanted a glass of water. No glasses. I noticed one of the workers just standing around. After I told her about all the things they were out of, she finally kicked into gear and got to work. Customers shouldn't have to do that. Get to work and do your job ladies! Nice modern decor, good tunes, good coffee, after we finally got it! read more
