Go to literally any other coffee shop in town. Don't waste your time stopping here. I understand when things get busy, but the people here refuse to even acknowledge your presence and are content to allow you to stand at the counter for 10 mins (the point at which I just left). Frankly, they weren't even that busy. One barista was just walking back and forth between the drive thru window and the back room. Not waiting on anyone, evidently just pretending to be busy. lol. Sorry, but this is the worst coffee shop in Cheyenne! It was 10am on Sunday, on our way home from church. With no one else there, no one else in line, we came in and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before any of the SIX knuckleheads on the other side of the counter even acknowledged we were there. The place was totally empty, there was only 1 car in the drive thru line, but the 6 workers were all so consumed with their private conversations and giggles that our presence as customers was totally irrelevant. Then, once we finally got service, it took forever to get our orders, because the barista prepared them but set them over on the drive thru counter. When I finally complained after ten more minutes, "Where is our order?", one of them found them near the drive thru window and laughed, "Whoops!" Pathetic! We live in a brutal economy right now, so we can't lightly take dropping $12 for two coffees. When I want to pay that much for a Sunday morning coffee treat, the beverages better be good and the service should be welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately, Cheyenne's City Brew dropped the ball on all fronts. There are many other coffee shops in Cheyenne and I look forward to giving them my business. As for City Brew, management needs to clean up their self-centered employee mess and get their customer service priorities re-focused. Until then, I'll never again give them a dime of my hard earned money. read more

Coffee is a 5. I love the Mountain Morning Lattes. I live very close to City Brew in Cheyenne. EVERY time I go some part of my order is wrong which is 2x a week. I always go back to tell them and I never get a I'm so sorry. They are so busy chatting with their friends they dont read their mobile orders. My daughter and I have sensitivities to dairy so I order coconut milk. Its even been wrong. It very disappointing. They need to reevaluate their employees.So very disappointing knowing of how many coffee shops there are nearby. read more

Went In for coffee with my son and wife they used the restroom and a lady was coming out and said there were no paper product in said bathroom the girl behind the counter looked to another worker standing there talking to her friends and rolled her eyes about it my wife came back out of restroom was met with the same rolling of the eyes we got our drinks none of them were right and I had asked for no whip cream as I'm allergic to it the guy seep it off into the trash can and laughed here ya go he said as the drink clearly still had cream and was all over the sides of it I kept my contentment to my self and decided to review the store instead I have never had great service from city brew in Cheyenne It's not the products but the employees that have brought this store to a one star review read more

This will be updated per the amount of times I return. Which I will. White chocolate mocha coconut milk was great. Some-places yes make it where I struggle drinking it. Haven't been inside. Basic pastries. Some breakfast items. Good prices. Lower than Places near by. Wasn't burning hot so I as able to drink it right then which was very nice. Updated review: dropping a star because I got the same thing twice two days in a row. First day I did not know if it had almond milk or not. Lady at window said she took off the charge because the drink doesn't have any milk of any kind as it's mixed with coffee. However second day comparing the two receipts they are not the same and when I asked a different person she gave receipts back and said that the charge wasn't taken off and handed receipts back with no exchange of much besides my leaving and her saying thankyou. You are a coffee shop open all day and people want a pastry. The Local is the best coffee drink... I preferred it when they called it the 307 (Wyoming locations) 406 (Montana locations) but I love it. It's simple and delightful. If I want something to eat I love their croissants sandwiches they are stuffed with meat so there is plenty for me to share with the puppies which they appreciate. We always buy bags of coffee to bring back to NC and for my friends who are coffee aficionados.. The Cheyenne location was clean with very friendly service. read more

City brew is hit and miss at times. Staff do not always seem to make drinks exactly the same way. The corporate store discontinued my favorite drink but thankfully they will still do their best to make it. Staff are super friendly! read more

So, basically just another Starbucks type coffee chain. But here in Cheyenne, they do it better. Also the pastries are by far superior to SB's pull out of a bag and nuke it stuff. I mean, yes they nuke it here too but it's a much better quality of food at the end of the day. read more

The good, the bad and the ugly. You get a little bit of it all with City Brew. The Chocolate Mocha Frappe was very good.I really enjoyed it. My wife also really enjoyed her drink. Now for the bad. My wife got a breakfast burrito that was still partly frozen when she bit into it. She went back and got another one that was crazy hot. It's as if City Brew doesn't understand how to prepare their own food. Then to top it off they don't have condiments for their food. My wife wanted some hot sauce or salsa for her breakfast burrito and they don't provide that. It's like having French fries on the menu with no ketchup. City Brew- Good with drinks and coffee. Well this is my second visit and disappointment. First of all one big table as you walk in was full of newspapers in disarray. Several used water glasses on the end where you pick up your drink order. No to let paper in men's room and finally couldn't make my drink because of no lemonade. We absolutely LOVE this place but every time we go when "Jen" or "Jennifer" is working not only does she blatantly not listen to our orders, but we receive them and they are wrong and she doesn't seem to care. we spend at least $75 here a week, if not more. we are always patient with new/training baristas but jen did not address us again and hid in the back and Ash had to fix our order every time. we appreciate ash, the other managers and ALL the OTHER employees that try to make it right. read more

Much better than the nearby Starbucks, which is overcrowded and super noisy. Better drinks and pastries and they let you sit if you are reading or using your computer. They should clean up better, though. When I was there the last time, some of the empty tables that still had cups or newspapers from customers who had left were not cleaned the whole time I was sitting there, and there was what looked like dog hair all over the floor. I'm a coffee snob I'll admit but this place is awful. Iv been twice both times I tossed my coffee I won't go again. Very weak coffee can't even taste it, $4+ for a warm cup of milk. Had a spinach wrap very underwhelmed. Dry mostly tortilla very minimal filling spent almost $10 for a coffee n a food of some sort both times n it was a waste.
